Got an idea Since we cant stake a lantern out at that new city We should think about carving a path out there from the outpost It may not be fully defensible But itd be easier than having to hope the compasses never change course I want to give it a try Got a demo expert on hand to test and see how the woods react too
Her names jinx Its kind of a double benefit if we can clear a path and keep her from getting too bored and blowing up something in the city And if we need more hands im sure shes not the only one who likes to do a bit of environmental damage This would at least help everyone out
Thats my thought I wanted to give you the heads up so no ones surprised when theres explosions going on out there all of a sudden If it sticks then i think maybe we can get some folks together to even it out and make something of a pathway Might not be easy to defend but at least no one will get lost along the way
Roads where I'm from are rarely defended along their entire length, but there are usually way stations that offer shelter and weapons for places where a journey would last longer than a day.
Ill ask around then Im sure therell be folks who want to give it a shot And if i cant do much help from the finesse side i can at least help watch peoples backs while they work [read: i'll put in an open player plot req for april and see how it goes \o/]
I have no doubt much of the construction crew would want in on this. But if you wanted to learn carpentry I suggest not attempting to learn while under attack.

It's a good idea, and putting a way station at the half way mark wouldn't be difficult if it works.
